About the event
Beginner-friendly yoga with a focus on spending time in nature with goats, laughing, and living in the moment. Come meet the whole crew at The Cloven Hoof! Simple yoga sequence to last roughly 45 minutes with time afterward for photos.
We will have yoga blankets for all attendees. No need to bring anything except maybe some water.
We recommend you wear thicker material that completely covers your back to avoid goat hoof scratches.
Location
Our farm is located in north Lakeland, historic Kathleen. For security purposes, the exact address will be emailed to you along with your ticket.
