I used to think that exercise had to be grueling and painful to be effective.

NOPE.

Now I know that I can push myself while listening to my body

instead of ignoring its cries for help.

I stepped away from the crushing weights and long-distance running

and onto the yoga mat.

I still do resistance training and cardio,

but I do it without injury and with mindfulness.

Now I feel strong, agile, balanced, flexible, and light.

 

Yoga proves that exercise can be enjoyable and efficient.

Doesn't that sound nice?
